Offered exclusively from June to August, Water, Wellbeing & You is our seasonal Summer Yeotox experience designed to harness water’s transformative power. Set against the backdrop of Devon’s rugged coastline and flowing rivers, this five-day retreat explores water’s ability to heal, energise, and restore both body and mind.
Each year, as temperatures rise, this programme offers guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in experiences that cleanse, strengthen, and rejuvenate at a profound level. The Atlantic Ocean, River Yeo, and surrounding waters provide the perfect setting for wild swimming, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, coasteering, and river bathing, inviting participants to transition from simply functioning to truly flourishing.
Beyond its physical benefits, water has long been recognised for its ability to lower stress, enhance mental clarity, and awaken the senses. While all water-based activities remain optional, our much-loved coastal hikes continue to be a core part of all programmes, ensuring a balance of movement, mindfulness, and restoration.
