At Yeotown, we pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive, all inclusive experience with a evenly balanced schedule of sessions, allowing you to not have to worry about the schedule or planning so you can focus on you.
Your whole programme is included in the listed price, and there are no “extra” hidden charges. Our fee includes rustic luxury accommodation, three meals daily & fresh juices (Yeotinis), coastal hiking, cycling, practical nutritional talks, yoga for both “yogis and non-yogis”, indoor/outdoor functional fitness training, water sessions (seasonal), daily massage on all full days and a host of various inspiring ‘surprise’ activities. We do have a few optional a la carte therapies and experiences for those who wish to target certain aspects of their health, or for our many returning guests who would like to try something different. The programme however is comprehensive, and no extras are needed. All transfers between Tiverton train station and Yeotown (at scheduled time) are also included in price. Please note arrival is midday on the Wednesday and departure is 3pm on the Sunday.
*It’s important to note our prices reflect not only the rustic luxury, interior designed bedrooms and landscaping of our 18th century farmhouse our guests call home for 5 days but they also reflect over 14yrs solid week-in-week-out of experience in offering high quality, detailed and tailored health retreats to a discerning global clientele. We have spent years in refining the programme, developing details and crafting a formula we know can deliver immediate and long lasting results. In a field of bootcamps, weight loss retreats and juice fasts who were only offering weeklong stays, Yeotown was the pioneer of the 5-day retreat format. Many of our room categories are available for two people to share and in this instance, a 10% sharing discount will be applied.
Yeotown is open every week, all year round. Your 5-day programme begins on Wednesday at midday and departure is Sunday late afternoon.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your space with the remaining balance due four weeks before your arrival. You may pay through bank transfer, debit card, or credit card. We do accept American express.
In the event of cancellation:
- If you withdraw 60 days or more before the programme your remaining balance will be refunded (less your 25% deposit)
- If you withdraw 59-30 days before the programme, then no refund will be given. However, any balance you have already paid (not including £600 deposit) may be used on future retreats, your credit will be valid for one year following the due date of the full balance. You may also transfer your balance including your deposit to a 3rd party should you be unable to attend. We must be notified immediately and the 3rd party must fill out and sign the required application form.
- If you withdraw less than 29 days before the programme any payments rendered are forfeited and no refund will be given. However, you may still transfer your balance and your place to a 3rd party should you find one. In the event we are able to find someone to take your space we may, in certain instances, provide a refund. Please note no refunds, credits or transfers will be given for no-shows, early departure from the programme, unused days, travel delays, acts of God, or Mother Nature. If we cancel the program then all payments, including the deposit, shall be returned. We strongly recommend you purchase holiday insurance in case of cancellation on your part.
