Creating a Healthy Gut Microbiome with Lucinda Miller
We are excited to once again be teaming up with the incredible Lucinda Miller to bring you this unique and exciting retreat focused on creating a healthy and balanced gut at our Devon location.
Lucinda Miller is the clinical lead of NatureDoc and runs a team of UK-wide nutritional therapists specializing in gut health. She has been practicing as a Naturopath for over 20 years, qualified in Functional Medicine and is the author of two bestselling family cookbooks – making her the perfect person to host this special 5-day collaboration retreat on the importance of gut health
Lucinda specialises in interpreting stool tests to gain a better understanding of the root causes of a person’s chronic gut issues. The stool tests she runs give an overview of how to optimise gut function and overall physical and mental health through individualised diet changes and supplements. Throughout the retreat, you will be guided on ways to achieve optimal gut health through diet, lifestyle and food supplements.
In addition to this, as an optional add-on to your retreat, Lucinda can organise a state-of-the-art cutting-edge Invivo GI Ecologix stool test to be posted to your home, which analyses gut function and microbiome health. This costs £339 which you pay the lab directly, and Lucinda will give full test interpretation and provide a tailor-made health plan for you during the retreat. This needs to be organised at least 6 weeks prior to the retreat, to include enough turnaround time. Please email Lucinda on reception@naturedoc.co.uk to organise this.
